Linkage between Leaders’ Behaviour in Performance Management, Organisational Justice and Work Engagement in Public Sector

In the last decade, leaders’ behaviour in performance management has been gaining increasing attention, arguing that it is beneficial terms of improved employee attitudes, behaviour, and public sector. However, empirical support for such claim still scant. Given relevance work engagement organisational justice sector acknowledging a worldwide crisis, paper aims at revealing linkage between management, justice, doing this, quantitative data were collected survey from employees working Lithuania (299 responses). The findings showed goal setting feedback had significant positive effect on engagement, supporting theoretical notion was crucial engaging people. As expected, justice; meanwhile, significantly positively predicted engagement. Turning to mechanism by which influences seems partly mediated relationships fully These affirm should strive improving as turn might impact overall performance.
